Woody Allen

Opening scene from Love and Death, one of my favourite comedies ever.

Another nice scene here and some memorable quotes here.

Marvellous Alok...
my all time favourite is "Judgment of any system, or a priori relationship or phenomenon exists in an irrational, or metaphysical, or at least epistemological contradiction to an abstract empirical concept such as being....: oh boy o boy!

..I had a mad impulse to throw you down on the lunar surface and commit interstellar perversion with you....perfect!

I prefer to read Woody Allen, though this intellectual
caricature certainly is an image that is huggable. How effortlessly he humiliates himself, fast talking neurotic who struggles with many spoken problems with women
as someone said, ..he has "always insisted on making movies about his own angst as a cunning diversion from true self-examination"....perhaps that makes him a human, a relatable couch, a harmless storyweaver...
